Joe came to Victorville in 1975 to purchase his first dealership Monty's Chevrolet. Over the years Joe Added several other brands under the Monty's name, Jeep, Hyundai and VW. In 2002 Joe sold his dealership in Victorville and retired from the car business. 2011 Joe with his two sons Joe and Mike decided to open Platinum Auto Group with the focus on premium sports and luxury cars as well as custom trucks and Jeeps.
